Eaton Corporation's Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) team seeks a seasoned engineer to develop, test, and implement power systems control solutions using PLCs, HMIs, and protection relays. Hybrid role with ~35% in office; travel as needed.

You will specify components, create BOMs, support field startups, and ensure conformance to customer specs across major OEMs, contributing to safe, reliable power automation projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 7+ years of power distribution controls experience or Master’s with 5+ years or 10 years minimum overall.
• Driver license and clean MVR with background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Create, modify, test, and deploy PLC/HMI software for power transfer applications.
• Follow customer and internal specs for project implementation.
• Select components and create bill of materials.
• Provide sketches and direction to Electrical Designers for drawings.
• Prepare submittals, SOO, and test procedures.
• Assist with factory testing and field start-ups as required.
• Troubleshoot systems not functioning properly.
