Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is a leading provider of employee and government benefits, with a weekly hybrid schedule that includes on-site days at client locations in Michigan and remote days.

As an On-site Dedicated Client Liaison, you will support intake, coordination, and resolution of inquiries related to the Client’s benefits, partner with HR/payroll, and travel as needed to client sites. You will collaborate with the Client’s teams to deliver guidance and training on Sun Life services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience administering disability and absence and knowledge of group insurance products.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, coordination, and resolution of client inquiries and service requests related to employee benefits.
• Coordinate with Client HR/benefits, payroll, and managers to answer questions and provide guidance.
• Attend client meetings and perform on-site work 2 days per week; travel ~10% annually.
• Assist with benefit claims submission and EOI processes; explain requirements to employees.
