Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking an On-site Dedicated Client Liaison to support intake, coordination, and resolution of inquiries related to employee benefits.

The role combines on-site work at Michigan client locations with remote days, traveling approximately 10% of time to other sites and Sun Life offices. You will work with client HR/benefits, payroll, and managers to guide benefit administration, assist with claims, and support return-to-work and EOI processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience administering disability and absence.
• In-depth knowledge of group insurance products and paid leave administration.
• Understanding of the leave of absence process, eligibility, documentation, and coordination.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, coordination, and resolution of inquiries and service requests related to employee benefits.
• Provide guidance on Sun Life services to clients and employees.
• Assist with benefit claims submission and monitor progress.
• Support return-to-work processes and EOI requirements.
