The Dedicated Client Liaison will support intake, coordination, and resolution of inquiries about the Client's benefits package, including absence, PFMLs, disability, and other Sun Life services. Collaborating with Client HR/benefits teams, payroll, and managers, you will guide, train, and educate; onsite attendance and business travel are required, with approximately 10%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in benefits administration and client service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with data and report interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and process service requests related to benefits.
• Coordinate with HR/benefits, payroll, and client stakeholders.
• Assist with claims submission and monitor progress.
• Support return-to-work processes and EOI requirements.
• Deliver client-facing trainings and presentations.
