Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Dedicated Client Liaison to support intake, coordination, and resolution of inquiries related to employee benefits. You will partner with Client HR/benefits teams, payroll, and managers to guide benefit administration and train staff, including absence, PFMLs, and disability processes.

The role requires on-site work with potential travel and CST hours. You will help with benefits, EOI, and claims status while promoting a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3+ years of related experience.
• Thorough experience administering disability and absence.
• Deep knowledge of group insurance products and paid leave programs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support intake, coordination, and resolution of inquiries and service requests related to employee benefits.
• Partner with Client HR/benefits, payroll, and other stakeholders to provide guidance and training on Sun Life services.
• Attend on-site client facilities and Sun Life offices as required; travel up to ~10% annually.
• Explain EOI requirements and assist with benefit claims submission and status updates.
• Create and deliver Client-facing training and presentations; analyze reports for improvements.
