Job summary

Sun Life Financial is seeking a Dedicated Client Liaison (Bi-Lingual) to support intake, coordination, and resolution of inquiries related to employee benefits. The role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency and close collaboration with Client HR/benefits teams, payroll, and managers.

On-site attendance at Client facilities and Sun Life offices is required, with travel up to 10% annually. You will build expertise in Sun Life benefits, answer questions, guide employees, and deliver training

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Experience administering disability and absence.
• Knowledge of group insurance products and paid leave administration.
• Payroll and finance acumen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, coordination, and resolution of inquiries and service requests related to employee benefits.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate processing of benefits.
• Assist with benefit claims submission and monitor progress, providing status updates.
• Support return-to-work processes and guidance through EOIs and related resources.
• Create and deliver Client-facing training and presentations.
