Job summary

Sun Life U.S. seeks a Dedicated Client Liaison to support intake, coordination, and resolution of inquiries related to employee benefits. You will partner with Client HR/benefits, payroll and managers to provide guidance, training, and timely resolutions.

The role requires bilingual fluency in Spanish, experience with disability and absence administration, and strong communication. Some on-site attendance and roughly 10% annual travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years related work experience.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required for this role.
• Experience administering disability and absence and knowledge of group insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, coordination, and resolution of inquiries and service requests related to employee benefits.
• Collaborate with HR/benefits, payroll, and other stakeholders to answer questions and provide guidance.
• Train client teams and deliver client-facing presentations on Sun Life services.
• Assist with benefit claims submission and monitor progression; support return-to-work processes.
