Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Dedicated Client Liaison to support intake, coordination, and resolution of inquiries related to the Client’s employee benefits package, including absence, PFMLs, disability, and other Sun Life services. Travel up to ~10% annually may be required.

Role requires translating benefits knowledge into practical solutions, partnering with Client HR/benefits, payroll, and other stakeholders to answer questions, provide guidance, and train or educate on Sun Life services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, 3+ years related work experience.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish required for this role.
• Thorough experience administering disability and absence.
• In-depth knowledge of group insurance products/processes and paid leave administration programs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and define your role in collaboration with the Client and team.
• Maintain deep understanding of Sun Life benefits and apply to benefit administration.
• Manage and resolve inquiries and concerns to satisfaction.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate processing of benefits.
• Assist with benefit claims submission and monitor progression.
• Support employees through return-to-work processes and EOI.
