Job summary

Keystone Technologies is hiring an ESCO Inside Sales Associate to support the sales team by managing quotes and inquiries, building customer relationships and cross-referencing part numbers for accurate recommendations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business, 1–2 years sales experience, and strong Excel/CRM skills. Hybrid work is offered with emphasis on fast, accurate responses and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in inside sales.
• Lighting industry experience is a plus for remote work; basic product knowledge helpful.
• Strong customer service, communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the ESCO Sales Team by managing quote opportunities and responding to inquiries.
• Foster strong relationships with ESCO customers and distributors.
• Cross reference part numbers and provide accurate product recommendations.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM and track progress with Excel reports.
• Assist in processing time-sensitive purchase orders and maintain inventory visibility.
