Job summary

Keystone Technologies is seeking an ESCO Inside Sales Associate to support the ESCO Sales Team by managing quotes, responding to inquiries and building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of inside sales experience, familiarity with lighting products, and strong Excel/CRM skills. A fast-paced environment requires clear communication, attention to detail and a proactive approach to orders and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar inside sales role.
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required for Remote.
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge preferred but not required.
• The ability to perform in a fast paced time sensitive work environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills with attention to rapid responses, clarity in communications and a strong drive to exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Experience using CRM and Prophet 21 preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• The ESCO Inside Sales Associate supports the ESCO Sales Team by managing quote opportunities, responding to customer inquiries and fostering strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to monitor inventory levels and support future project demands and order fulfillment.
• Cross reference lighting manufacturers part numbers to Keystone products and provide accurate specification matching.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Utilize CRM and Excel to manage ESCO & NA projects.
• Maintain project visibility through management and reporting tools – Excel & CRM.
• Oversee pipeline opportunities to ensure they are closed properly.
• Receive and process ESCO customer purchase orders, allocating material appropriately.
• Build rapport and develop long-term relationships with ESCO customers to drive product demand.
• Assist the ESCO team in processing time-sensitive purchase orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
