Keystone Technologies Inc. seeks an ESCO Inside Sales Associate to support the ESCO Sales Team by managing quote opportunities, responding to customer inquiries, and fostering strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has lighting industry experience and product knowledge, enabling accurate recommendations, cross-referencing part numbers, and delivering exceptional support to customers and sales representatives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in a similar inside sales role.
• Experience in the lighting industry is preferred for remote work; knowledge is required for remote work.
• Strong customer service skills with rapid response times and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage ESCO quotes and opportunities in the CRM.
• Cross-reference lighting manufacturers part numbers to Keystone products for accurate spec matching.
• Support customers and sales reps with timely order processing and inquiries.
• Collaborate with ESCO Territory Managers and Director of Sales Operations to monitor inventory and fulfill future demand.
• Maintain project visibility using Excel and CRM tools to track status and delivery timelines.
