Job summary

Keystone Technologies in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking an ESCO Inside Sales Associate to support the ESCO Sales Team. You will manage quote opportunities, respond to customer inquiries and build strong relationships with customers and distributors.

Ideal candidates have lighting industry experience and a customer-service mindset, with proficiency in Excel and CRM. Hybrid or remote work options are available, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of inside sales experience.
• Lighting product knowledge preferred but not required for Hybrid; lighting industry experience and product knowledge required for Remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Receive and process ESCO purchase orders, allocating material appropriately.
• Cross reference lighting manufacturers part numbers to Keystone products to ensure accurate specification matching.
