Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking an ESCO Inside Sales Associate to support the ESCO Sales Team by handling quote opportunities, answering customer inquiries, and building strong relationships with customers and distributors.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of inside sales experience, basic lighting product knowledge (preferred for hybrid roles), and strong Excel/CRM skills to manage opportunities and ensure accurate specification matching across Keystone products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in inside sales role.
• Lighting product knowledge preferred for Hybrid; required for Remote.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage quote opportunities and respond to customer inquiries.
• Foster strong customer relationships and support ESCO team and sales operations.
• Cross-reference lighting manufacturers part numbers to Keystone products for accurate matching.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Utilize Excel and CRM to track project status and material allocations.
• Oversee pipeline opportunities to ensure timely closures.
