Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
- 12+ years of substation design experience (138kV+).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience liaising with clients in a lead role.
- Relay calculations documentation and support.
- Proficiency with protective relay equipment (SEL/ABB/GE).
Responsibilities
- Lead substations design, upgrades, and modifications for client reviews.
- Prepare relaying philosophies and equipment configurations.
- Guide engineers and designers through protection and controls design.
- Tackle complex engineering issues and field verification.
- Create single-line, metering, and DC schematics.
- Perform independent reviews and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Mentor less experienced engineers and participate in Communities of Practice.
- May travel for design reviews and site coordination.
