Job summary

Scan Global Logistics is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Atlanta team. You will provide technical support to about 800 employees across 40 locations in North America as part of a global IT team.

The role covers incident management in Jira/Confluence, support for ERP/TMS/WMS and Microsoft 365, plus Windows servers. Travel to North American sites may be required.

You will work with a diverse IT stack, follow security procedures, and help ensure reliable, user‑friendly IT operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of MS 365 and Windows OS.
• Familiarity with ERP/TMS/WMS systems.
• Ability to work in a global IT team.
• ITIL or CompTIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor IT support tickets through Jira.
• Maintain IT documentation in Confluence.
• Provide support for ERP, TMS, WMS, Dynamics GP/D365.
• Troubleshoot MS 365, Windows 10/11, Android scanners.
• Assist network team with Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Test new applications and system upgrades.
• Handle password resets and AD access.
• Deliver customer-focused IT support.
• Configure and deploy HP hardware and Windows Autopilot.
• Occasionally provide onsite support across North America.
• Follow IT procedures and security standards.
