TalentBridge within a leading healthcare organization in Atlanta is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a fast-paced, user-focused technical support team. You will provide end-user support across Windows and mobile devices, troubleshoot issues, and manage a steady flow of 35–40 tickets daily in a high-volume environment.

This onsite role transitions to a hybrid schedule after six months, with three remote days per week upon permanent conversion.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on help desk experience at time of conversion.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems and mobile devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for end users across multiple platforms and devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows environments, mobile devices, virtual desktop technologies, and clinical applications.
• Manage and resolve approximately 35-40 support tickets daily within a ticketing system.
• Deliver remote support and device management assistance.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely issue resolution.
