Job summary

Scan Global Logistics is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Atlanta, GA to provide technical support for ~800 employees across 40 locations in North America and beyond. The role reports to the IT Operations Manager and covers ERP, TMS, WMS, and Microsoft 365 environments.

The ideal candidate will manage tickets, maintain documentation in Confluence, troubleshoot servers and user devices, and participate in testing new applications while delivering reliable, responsive support to internal and

Qualifications

Experience providing IT support to a large, multi-location user base.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and devices.
Familiarity with ERP, TMS, WMS, and accounting platforms.
Ability to document issues and resolutions clearly for knowledge sharing.
Capability to operate in a global IT team and deliver customer-focused support.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor IT support tickets through Jira.
Maintain IT documentation within Confluence.
Support business applications including ERP, TMS, WMS, Dynamics GP and Dynamics 365.
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Android devices.
Assist network with Windows Server 2016/2019 support and troubleshooting.
Test new applications, system updates, and software upgrades.
