Superior Essex is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to join our IT team at the Atlanta headquarters. This in-office role supports end-user devices across offices, manufacturing facilities, and remote locations, handling complex incidents and infrastructure initiatives.

You will manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 environments, support Intune/MDM, and collaborate with cybersecurity and application teams. A strong background in Windows, macOS, and enterprise apps is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support or related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with AD/Azure AD and security groups.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced technical support for end-user devices across offices, manufacturing facilities, and remote locations.
• Diagnose and resolve escalated incidents in Windows, macOS, and 365 apps.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Support endpoint management with Intune and MDM technologies.
• Troubleshoot network, printer, and remote access issues.
• Deploy and maintain hardware and software per standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve reliability and security.
• Contribute to IT projects, rollouts, and upgrades.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and workflows.
• Analyze trends to drive long-term improvements.
• Provide on-site support for corporate sites and remote locations.
