TRSS is seeking an IT Support professional to provide frontline desktop and network support for Windows-based systems and Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Entra ID. The role covers on-site and remote users, after-hours support, and collaboration across IT teams in McLean, Virginia.

Ideal candidates will have three+ years IT experience, experience with VMware and Cisco technologies, and the ability to manage AD accounts. A U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications including Exchange Online and Teams.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID administration.
• Ability to design and support collaboration solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Teams, and Outlook.
• Experience with Apple iOS devices and mobile device management through Intune.
• Follow detailed procedures and manage time effectively.
• Experience managing AD user and computer accounts.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day desktop and phone support for onsite and remote users during core business hours.
• Provision and ship user laptops and mobile phones and configure associated accounts.
• Troubleshoot network issues, including VPN connectivity problems.
• Work effectively both independently and collaboratively with teammates.
• Communicate clearly with users and team members and maintain accurate documentation.
• Research technical issues and document solutions.
• Support projects ranging from LAN maintenance to office expansions and other IT initiatives.
• Perform after-hours maintenance and support as needed.
• Track tasks and time accurately in the help desk system.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of physical devices and components.
