Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an IT Project Coordinator in a hybrid role based in Glen Rock, NJ. The position supports PMO leadership, coordinates project activities, tracks budgets and invoices, and assists with reporting and governance in a fast-paced IT environment.

The role offers growth toward IT project management, exposure to multiple IT domains, and collaboration with VP IT and other IT teams. Candidate must manage priorities and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or IT project support.
• Experience supporting an IT organization, PMO, or technology projects.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO and administrative support; maintain trackers and records.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings, minutes, and action items; track decisions.
• Support budgeting, procurement, and vendor management activities.
• Assist with governance, lifecycle artifacts, and reporting inputs.
• Help with onboarding, training, and cross‑functional coordination.
