Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, procurement coordination, or office administration.
• Experience supporting an IT organization, PMO, or technology projects is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project trackers, templates, and PMO records.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings, actions, and follow-ups across internal teams and vendors.
• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and procurement activities.
• Support development of project artefacts and governance documentation.
• Share progress updates and help manage stakeholder communications.
