Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support the PMO in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting procurement and budget processes.

The position requires multi-tasking across IT initiatives with strong communication skills. The role is based in Glen Rock, NJ with a hybrid arrangement needing three days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or IT project support.
• Experience supporting an IT/PMO environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, milestones, risks and issues across internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain project artifacts, trackers, RAID logs, and dashboards.
• Prepare status reports, presentations and meeting materials for PMO reviews.
• Manage procurement processes, invoices, and vendor communications.
• Schedule and document meetings, capture minutes, and track action items.
• Assist with budget tracking, governance artifacts, and handover to BAU teams.
• Provide onboarding/offboarding support for project resources.
