Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks an IT Project Coordinator to support the PMO and IT leadership in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role is based in Glen Rock, NJ and requires three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities include maintaining trackers, assisting with reports and budgeting, coordinating meetings, and helping manage vendor relationships. The role offers a path toward IT project delivery growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or admin support.
• Experience supporting IT organizations, PMOs, or tech projects.
• Strong Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Structured, proactive problem-solving and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• PMO and administrative support to project teams.
• Maintain trackers, templates, and PMO records.
• Prepare project status reports and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings with internal teams and vendors.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Support budget tracking and financial reporting.
• Assist with onboarding and travel planning.
• Provide general IT department support.
