Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Glen Rock, NJ is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to provide PMO and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, assist with procurement, and help manage budgets and reporting.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Glen Rock, with three days in the office weekly. Growth into IT project management is possible through hands-on delivery and governance exposure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support.
• Experience supporting an IT PMO or technology projects.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail‑oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, templates, and PMO records.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings, decisions, and action items with vendors and teams.
• Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and procurement workflows.
• Support delivery milestones, RAID logs, and governance artifacts.
• Help with onboarding/offboarding and user training coordination.
