Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Glen Rock, NJ seeks an IT Project Coordinator to support the PMO and IT leadership in a fast‑paced, hybrid work environment.

You will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, track budgets and invoices, manage meetings and reporting, and assist with vendor communications, while developing hands‑on project delivery skills toward an IT Project Manager path.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience coordinating IT projects or providing admin support.
• Experience supporting PMO, IT, or technology projects.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Structured, proactive problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, templates, and PMO records.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes.
• Track actions, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
