You will help with meetings, budgets, and vendor coordination, with a potential path toward IT project delivery roles under experienced PMO leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, admin support, or related roles.
• Experience supporting IT projects or PMOs is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO and administrative support for IT projects and governance.
• Maintain trackers, templates, and project records in SharePoint.
• Coordinate meetings, statuses, and documentation across teams and vendors.
• Assist with budgeting, invoices, and procurement activities.
