Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Glen Rock, NJ is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support the PMO and IT leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, assist with budgets and procurement, and help keep cross-functional teams aligned on milestones and deliverables.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement in Glen Rock with three days in the office and a path toward broader project management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, procurement coordination, or office administration.
• Experience supporting an IT organization, PMO, or technology projects.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO and administrative support to IT leadership and project teams.
• Maintain project trackers, templates, and PMO records.
• Coordinate meetings, minutes, and action items; track milestones and deadlines.
• Assist with reporting, budgeting, and vendor-related documentation.
• Support onboarding/offboarding for project resources and coordination with Finance.
