Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Support Associate to collaborate with the Distributor Sales Team and drive sales opportunities.

You will analyze customer sales data, handle outbound calls, manage price quotes in the CRM, and act as a liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors and Territory Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience. Candidates with lighting industry experience and 1–2 years of inside sales know-how will excel in this fast-paced environment, where

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Lighting industry experience required.
• 1-2 years of inside sales experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills with rapid responses and clear communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Teams and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sales analysis: analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities with management
• Outbound Phone Sales: initiating sales opportunities with both existing customers and new customers via both outbound cold calling and in-bound calls
• Price Quoting Management: managing new price requests and working within CRM software system to maintain clean records of all customer information and pricing
• Serve as liaison between our Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers
• Answer questions via email or phone regarding existing orders in a timely manner
• Follow up on sample requests and new quotes in a timely manner consistent with Keystone policies
• Check availability on orders and stock and communicate to customers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner
• Cross-reference other manufacturers’ part numbers to Keystone products, ensuring accurate product matching while supporting customers and sales team with equivalent solutions
