Job summary

Keystone Technologies, a leader in the commercial and industrial lighting industry, seeks an Inside Sales Support Associate. This hybrid role collaborates with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales, support customers, and maintain accurate pricing and records in CRM. Onsite Tue–Thu if within 50 miles; remote eligibility applies with onboarding at the Lansdale, PA HQ.

Industry experience is required. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in inside sales, strong customer service, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in inside sales roles.
• Outstanding customer service with rapid, clear communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM software experience helpful.
• Experience with Prophet 21 preferred; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales analysis: review customer data for trends and opportunities.
• Outbound phone sales: generate opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Price quoting: manage requests and maintain CRM pricing data.
• Serve as liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers.
• Respond to emails and calls regarding orders promptly.
• Follow up on samples and quotes per Keystone policies.
• Verify stock availability and communicate updates to customers.
