Job summary

Keystone Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Support Associate to join our team. The role collaborates with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales, maintain crucial relationships, and safeguard the customer experience under Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise.

Responsibilities include sales analysis, outbound sales, price quoting, and serving as a liaison among sales agencies, distributors, and territory managers. A Bachelor's in business and lighting industry knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role.
• Outstanding customer service skills with rapid responses and clear communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams and Excel).
• Experience with CRM software and Prophet 21 preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform time-sensitive work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Sales analysis: analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities.
• Outbound Phone Sales: initiating sales opportunities with existing and new customers via outbound calls and inbound inquiries.
• Price Quoting Management: manage new price requests and maintain CRM records.
• Serve as liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers.
• Answer questions via email or phone regarding existing orders in a timely manner.
• Follow up on sample requests and new quotes promptly.
• Check availability on orders and stock and communicate status to customers and internal stakeholders.
