Job summary

Keystone Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support the Sales Team with quotes, inquiries, and relationship management. The role requires lighting industry experience and product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations and cross-reference part numbers for Keystone products.

The ideal candidate will manage CRM opportunities, analyze data, and collaborate with Territory Managers and Operations to forecast demand and ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of inside sales experience.
• Lighting industry knowledge preferred for Hybrid; required for Remote.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel; CRM experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities with management.
• Collaborate with the Sales Support Specialist, Territory Managers, and the Director of Sales Operations to monitor inventory levels, validate material allocation, and proactively support future project demands and order fulfillment.
• Cross-reference lighting manufacturers' part numbers to Keystone products for accurate specification matching.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain project visibility through management and reporting tools (Excel & CRM) to track status, timelines, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee pipeline opportunities to ensure they are closed properly.
• Receive and process customer purchase orders, allocating material appropriately while verifying inventory accuracy.
• Build rapport and develop long-term relationships with customers to drive product demand.
• Assist the team in processing time-sensitive purchase orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
