Job summary

Keystone Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Support Associate to work with the Distributor Sales Team, nurture relationships with customers, and uphold the Light Made Easy promise. The role emphasizes sales analysis, outbound calls, pricing, and cross-functional liaison to keep the customer experience seamless.

Ideal candidates have a BA, 1–2 years in inside sales, strong communication, and CRM/Prophet 21 proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role.
• Outstanding customer service skills with rapid response times.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Prophet 21 preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work time-sensitive tasks independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Sales analysis: analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities with management.
• Outbound phone sales: initiate opportunities with existing and new customers via calls.
• Price quoting management: handle new price requests and CRM records.
• Liaise between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers.
• Respond to email/phone questions about orders promptly.
• Follow up on samples and quotes in a timely manner per policy.
• Check order/stock availability and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Cross-reference other manufacturers’ part numbers to ensure accurate matching.
