Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sales analysis: analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities with management.
• Outbound Phone Sales: initiating sales opportunities with existing and new customers via outbound calls and inbound inquiries.
• Price Quoting Management: manage new price requests and maintain CRM records.
• Serve as liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers.
• Answer questions via email or phone regarding existing orders promptly.
• Follow up on sample requests and new quotes timely per Keystone policies.
• Check availability on orders and stock and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
