Job summary

Keystone Technologies seeks an Inside Sales Associate to support the Sales Team by managing quote opportunities and responding to inquiries. You will build strong customer relationships, cross-reference lighting part numbers, and provide accurate product recommendations to customers and sales reps.

The role requires lighting industry experience or knowledge, 1–2 years in inside sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in inside sales.
• Lighting knowledge preferred for Hybrid; lighting knowledge required for Remote.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops to monitor inventory and allocate materials.
• Cross-reference lighting part numbers to Keystone products for accurate specs.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain project visibility with Excel and CRM tools.
