Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Support Associate to drive sales alongside the Distributor Sales Team and maintain strong customer relationships. The role emphasizes timely responses, accurate pricing, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualified candidates will have a business administration background, lighting industry experience, and 1–2 years in inside sales. Hybrid schedule available; travel to HQ occasionally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Lighting industry experience is not required here but preferred.
• 1-2 years of inside sales experience and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities with management.
• Initiate sales opportunities via outbound calls and inbound inquiries.
• Manage price requests and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers.
• Respond to customer questions by phone or email promptly.
• Follow up on sample requests and quotes in line with policy.
