Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Support Associate to work closely with the Distributor Sales Team and strengthen relationships with customers, agencies, and territory managers.

The role requires lighting industry experience, strong customer service, and CRM proficiency. The candidate will analyze sales data, handle price quotes, and manage orders while supporting the Light Made Easy promise. Hybrid work with initial onsite onboarding may be offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Lighting industry experience required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in inside sales role.
• Outstanding customer service skills with rapid responses and clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Sales analysis: analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Outbound Phone Sales: initiate sales opportunities via outbound calls and inbound inquiries.
• Price Quoting Management: manage price requests and maintain CRM records.
• Serve as liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers.
• Answer questions via email or phone regarding orders in a timely manner.
• Follow up on sample requests and new quotes promptly per Keystone policies.
• Check order availability and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Cross-reference other manufacturers’ part numbers to Keystone products to ensure accurate matching.
