Job summary

You will partner with HR Ops, payroll, IT, and benefits to design processes, implement enhancements, and support acquisitions across entities. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in HR technology, with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM or Dayforce, SQL querying, and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Maintain HRIS tools including data conversion, process design, configuration, testing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR Ops, payroll/Finance, benefits and IT on system changes and acquisitions.
• Write, maintain, support and analyze reports to meet customer needs while ensuring data integrity.
• Develop data management procedures and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with recordkeeping and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary HRIS contact for system changes and partnerships across departments.
• Monitor HRIS Support Desk and respond to inquiries with timely resolutions.
• Create user procedures, guidelines and training for new processes.
• Perform other similar and related duties as required.
