Job summary

Intertek seeks an HRIS Analyst with Oracle HCM Cloud experience to join the HR Operations team in Arlington Heights, IL. You will configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP systems, supporting Recruiting, Core HR, Time & Labor, Talent, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll while ensuring data integrity and high-quality reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of HRIS experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and system workflows.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate in a global environment.
• Hybrid schedule requirement: 1–2 days in-office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules to ensure reliable operations.
• Support ADP Vantage Payroll, Time & Labor, and Benefits configurations.
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, patches, and Oracle releases.
• Manage security roles and user access ensuring governance and compliance.
• Create and maintain HR reports, analytics, and data extracts.
• Coordinate data integration for acquisitions into Oracle HCM and ADP Payroll.
