Intertek seeks an HRIS Analyst with Oracle HCM Cloud experience to join our HR Operations team in Kentwood, MI. The role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP systems to support Recruiting, Core HR, Time & Labor, Benefits, and Payroll, ensuring data integrity and high-quality reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of HRIS experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and system workflows.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a global environment.
• Hybrid schedule: 1-2 days in-office; able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules across North America.
• Configure ADP Vantage Payroll, Time & Labor and Benefits.
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, patches, and releases.
• Manage security roles and user access.
• Create HR reports/analytics and data extracts.
• Ensure data integrity across Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP, and downstream systems.
