Legrand is seeking a Payroll Coordinator in West Hartford, CT to join the North America team on a hybrid schedule. The role covers payroll processing, funding, reconciliations, and system upgrades.

You will work with confidential information and support audits, acquisitions integrations, and changes in the business. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of payroll experience in enterprise HR systems, multi-state payroll, and year-end/W-2 processing, with strong Excel/Outlook skills and Dayforce

Formación

• 4+ years of payroll experience with an enterprise HR/Payroll system.
• Multi-state payroll experience.
• Hands-on experience with year-end processing and W-2 reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Process day-to-day payroll using Ceridian Dayforce and/or Oracle systems while protecting confidential information.
• Calculate, verify, reconcile, and transmit payroll for each assigned business unit.
• Run audit reports and provide them to the appropriate HR and/or Finance team members.
• Maintain accurate company and employee payroll records.
• Prepare, balance, and distribute payroll and benefit funding requests and related vendor payments.
• Prepare and maintain journal entries and reports to support the monthly financial close.
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts.
• Understand various tax calculations and regulations.
• Review tax agency notices and coordinate their resolution.
• Support internal and external audits and special projects as required.
