Job summary

Intertek seeks an HRIS Analyst with Oracle HCM Cloud experience to join our HR Operations team in Arlington Heights, IL. The role focuses on configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP systems, supporting Recruiting, Core HR, Time & Labor, Talent, Benefits, Compensation and Payroll to ensure data integrity and efficient processes.

Reporting to the VP of HR North America, you will collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to drive improvements,

Qualifications

2–5+ years of HRIS experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
Strong understanding of HR business processes, data structures, and system workflows.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate in a global environment.
Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
Must be detailed-oriented with strong time management and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

System Administration & Configuration for Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation) and ADP Vantage Payroll/Time & Labor.
Create and maintain HR reports/analytics, dashboards, and data extracts for Operations.
Monitor and resolve data issues, integration errors, and audit flags with IT/HR teams and external support.
Manage data integration for new acquisitions into Oracle HCM and ADP Payroll.
Support HR processes and provide Tier 2/3 system support.
