ADP is hiring Associate Client Support Consultants in a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home each week. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping solve payroll issues and answering questions while training users on ADP technology.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
• You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• College degree is great but not required; other relevant experiences may include military service.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line client support, including troubleshooting payroll issues and answering questions.
• Train clients on ADP technology and support a seamless client experience.
• Organize daily schedules to handle a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.
