Job summary

ADP is seeking an Associate Client Support Consultant to join a hybrid team, working in-office three days and remotely two days each week. You will serve as the front-line resource for solving client challenges, troubleshooting payroll issues, and guiding users on ADP technology.

You will learn continuously about payroll rules, compliance, and ADP tools while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center environments is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid office/home setup is a plus.
