Job summary

ADP is hiring for the Associate Client Support Consultant position. In this hybrid role, you will assist clients with HR and payroll issues while providing world-class customer service.

This position requires 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely, along with strong organizational skills and at least one year of customer service experience. You will contribute to a supportive company culture focused on diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience or HR/HRIS experience with systems.
• Availability to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help clients manage their business with ADP solutions and troubleshoot payroll issues.
• Continuously upgrade your knowledge of payroll, compliance, and support tools.
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently.
