Job summary

ADP is hiring Associate Client Support Consultants in Florham Park, NJ. This hybrid role blends three office days with two work-from-home days each week to support clients using ADP solutions and train users on ADP technology.

You will resolve payroll questions, partner across units, and ensure client satisfaction while supporting a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
• You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• A college degree is great but not required; military experience is recognized as valuable.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: help clients manage their business using ADP solutions, troubleshoot payroll issues, and coordinate with multiple units for a seamless client experience.
• Learn: continually upgrade knowledge on payroll, compliance, procedures, and desktop support tools.
• Organize: maintain a daily schedule and handle high volume inbound calls, with peak-season increases.
