The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking an Associate Claim Rep, Auto Damage, to begin a comprehensive training program focused on claim handling, customer service, and policy interpretation. You will work with experienced professionals handling automobile and related damage claims, with a path to independent responsibility after 9–12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant internship or work experience welcomed.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering policies, claim processes, systems and procedures.
• Assess coverage to determine compensability and investigate claims with info from policyholders and witnesses.
• Partner with teams to obtain evidence and assess potential fraud to support claims handling.
• Establish claim reserves, determine resolution amount, and issue accurate payments.
• Communicate claim status to all parties and maintain accurate records in systems.
• Demonstrate openness to learning and adapting to new workflows and digital tools.
