Job summary

You will provide clear explanations of policies and coverage options while investigating and evaluating claims to ensure accurate payments.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, two years of auto claim handling, and an active adjuster license where required.

• Two years of auto claim handling experience.
• Active adjuster license, where applicable.
• Proficient in claims management systems with advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and make effective decisions.
• Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to providing a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution and settlement.
• Evaluate and analyze policy terms, conditions, and exclusions to determine coverage, liability, and damage; negotiate settlements within authority.
• Coordinate with appraisal teams and repair facilities to obtain information and ensure accurate damage assessments.
• Conduct thorough investigations and document findings in the claim management system.
• Determine settlement amounts based on appraisals and communicate settlements to insureds and claimants within authority.
• Provide timely and professional communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Adapt to new technology implementations and digital tool rollouts while maintaining productivity.
• Acquire and maintain necessary Insurance License within three months of starting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
