Job summary

This 9–12 month program leads to independent claim handling and progression toward full responsibilities, with emphasis on documentation, coverage assessment, investigation, and accurate payments using digital tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Internship or work experience in customer service or insurance.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn claims management.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering policies, claims processes, and tools.
• Assess coverage and determine compensability.
• Investigate by gathering information from policyholders, claimants, and witnesses.
• Coordinate with resources to obtain evidence and assess potential fraud.
• Establish reserves and determine claim resolution amounts.
