Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Two years of auto claim handling experience.
• Active adjuster license, where applicable.
• Proficient in claims management systems with advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and make effective decisions.
• Exceptional customer service throughout the claim process.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution, including total loss evaluations.
• Evaluate policy terms to determine coverage and negotiate settlements within authority.
• Coordinate with appraisal teams and repair facilities for accurate damage assessments.
• Document findings in the claim management system and maintain records.
• Determine settlement amounts and write necessary correspondence to insureds.
• Provide timely and professional communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Adapt to technology implementations and digital tool rollouts.
• Acquire and maintain Insurance Licenses within three months.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
