Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking an Associate Claim Rep, Auto Damage, to begin a structured training program that covers claim handling, customer service, and policy interpretation. You will work with experienced professionals to develop the skills needed to independently manage auto damage claims, including heavy equipment and property damage as your knowledge grows.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, some customer service experience, and a willingness to pursue the necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering policies and claim processes.
• Assess coverage to determine compensability.
• Investigate by gathering information from policyholders, claimants, and witnesses.
• Establish claim reserves and determine settlement amounts.
• Maintain accurate claim activity records.
